What this site collects directly

Loomé & Rug does not ask you to create an account, does not run a newsletter sign-up, and does not collect names, addresses or payment details. There are no forms on this site that submit personal data.

If you email the address on the contact page, that email and its contents are held in the site owner's mailbox for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Server logs

This site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard access logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request. These are used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.

Affiliate cookies

If you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network sets a cookie in your browser recording that the visit came from this site. That is how a commission is attributed if you later buy something.

These cookies are set by third parties — the retailer and networks such as CJ Affiliate, Awin or Impact — not by this site, and their contents are not visible here. What is reported back is aggregate: numbers of clicks and sales, never who you are or what else you browsed.
